Maintenance Support Subscription

Full technical support and regular updates and maintenance are provided for our clients who have a valid current Maintenance Subscription. All new purchases come with a 30-day Maintenance Subscription, after which Annual Maintenance Subscriptions are available for purchase.
Be sure you evaluate your support needs while you are making your purchase decision. Keep in mind that it is always less expensive to keep your Maintenance Subscription current rather than re-instate it if it expires.

Support

During your technical support period, you are entitled to all upgrades, enhancements, fixes, etc. You are also entitled to contact our technical support representatives during your support period via phone, or e-mail regarding the use of the GameShield System and any of its components. Note that for maximum speed and efficiency you should use our e-mail support address (customercare@gameshield.com).
Telephone calls to technical support are generally handled within three hours between 9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday. Unlike phone calls, e-mail responses may be generated after hours and weekends as well as during normal business hours. For these reasons, international customers are strongly urged to contact us by e-mail.

GameShield is dedicated to providing excellent support for our customers. Renewing your technical support each year enables us to continue to enhance our products as well as continue offering you personalized attention and superior technical support.

Support Includes:

  • We do provide support in the use, deployment, integration, installation and even general understanding of any and all parts of the GameShield System, its applications and tools, including the interfaces that any of our run-time components expose to your applications and deployment and calling of our web-server applications and licenses.

Support Excludes:

  • We do not provide support or instruction in how to use your particular language or IDE to accomplish simple programming tasks. This includes linking to and creating COM objects (which is necessary to use our products), compiling your projects source code using your IDE, web-programming (or development of shopping-cart systems) or other development projects outside the scope of our control. Please contact your IDE manufacturer or a local educational institution if you require help in their use or need programming instruction.
