All new purchases of GameShield include a complimentary Technical Support Subscription for a one year (365 day) term. Upon expiry of your subscription you can choose to renew for a year, or purchase support calls on an as-needed basis.

Included with Support

  • We provide support in the use, deployment, integration, installation and even general understanding of the GameShield System, its applications and tools, including the interfaces that any of our run-time components expose to your applications and deployment and calling of our web-server applications and licenses.

Excluded from Support

  • We do not provide support or instruction in how to use your particular language or IDE to accomplish simple programming tasks. This includes linking to and creating COM objects, compiling your projects source code using your IDE, web-programming (or development of shopping-cart systems) or other development projects outside the scope of our control. Please contact your IDE manufacturer or a local educational institution if you require help in their use or need programming instruction.
  • Product Edition Upgrades. It does not include upgrading to an escalated or different edition of GameShield, should one become available. However, GameShield customers will receive a discount price if they wish to migrate to “higher” edition of GameShield.
